摘要(Abstract):
某风电场220 kV变电站1号主变压器高压侧干式电流互感器均压球破裂,差动保护动作,1号主变压器运行中跳闸。经检查,该风电场同类型6台互感器均不同程度存在类似问题。分析认为1号主变压器高压侧干式电流互感器均压球破裂是因设备制造缺陷造成的,通过采用加装限位护环等措施消除了缺陷。
One dry-type current transformer′ s voltage grading ball burst in the high voltage side of No.1 main transformer in a 220 kV wind power substation,resulted in No.1 transformer differential protection tripped.After closer inspection,it turned out that other 6 current transformers in the substation had the similar failures in different levels.Through analysis,such manufacturing problems had been solved by adding locating rings.
