变电站隔离开关铜铝过渡线夹断裂失效分析Failure Analysis on Cracking of Copper-Aluminum Clamp of Disconnecting Switch in Transformer Substation

摘要(Abstract):
蒙西电网某110 kV变电站隔离开关铜铝过渡线夹断裂失效。利用外观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相组织检测及断口微区分析等试验方法,对断裂的铜铝过渡线夹进行了综合性检测。分析认为,铜铝过渡线夹接头焊接质量差,铜、铝两部分材质未完全有效熔合,使用过程中在引下线重力载荷及风动循环载荷的作用下,沿未熔合缺陷处形成裂纹,并以疲劳开裂的方式逐渐扩展,导致铜铝过渡线夹断裂失效。
The copper-aluminum clamp of disconnecting switch cracked in one 110 kV transformer substation. The reason of crack in the copper-aluminum clamp was analyzed by macroscopic examination, chemical composition analysis, metallurgical structure and fracture observation. The result showed that welding quality of copper-aluminum clamp was not qualified, only small area of welding joint was fusion effect. So the fatigue cracks produced in faulty fusion because of the gravity and aeolian vibration of downlead, until the copper-aluminum clamp were broken.
