输电线路雷击故障快速定位装置研制及试验分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对输电线路雷击故障过电流对接地引下线引流板烧蚀痕迹不明显,导致输电线路故障查找耗时长,无法及时确定故障杆塔的问题,基于"缺陷放大"的思路,利用低熔点合金熔点低及导电性能好的特点,对传统杆塔与接地引下线引流板之间的连接点进行改进,研制了输电线路雷击故障快速定位装置,采用Matlab软件计算并形成双指数函数模型的雷电流波形图,并据此对该定位装置进行电流冲击试验。试验结果表明,输电线路发生雷击故障时,该定位装置熔融效果明显,可以实现故障杆塔的快速定位。
The over-current of lightning strike failure on the transmission line has no obvious erosion trace on the drainage plate of the down lead, which leads to the long fault finding time of the transmission line, and it is unable to determine the fault tower in time. Based on the idea of defect amplification, this paper improves the connection point between the traditional tower and the grounding down lead drainage plate by using the characteristics of low melting point and good conductivity of alloy with low-melting point, and develops the lightning fault fast location device of the transmission line. In this paper, Matlab software is used to calculate the waveform of lightning current of double exponential function model, and the current impulse test is carried out based on the location device. The test results show that when lightning fault occurs on the transmission line, the fusion effect of the positioning device is obvious and it can be quickly located.
