装配式变电站土建设计施工技术要点分析Analysis on Key Points of Civil Design and Construction Scheme of Prefabricated Substation

摘要(Abstract):
以内蒙古某110 kV装配式变电站土建工程为例,从技术方案、施工进度、工程造价及环境保护等方面对比分析了其与常规建设方案的差异,认为装配式方案在外墙围护材料及防火涂料选取、隔墙及窗户设计、室内灯具及监控设备安装等方面,需结合地区环境气候特点及工程实际进行考虑;在施工周期方面,目前装配式施工组织方案不具优势;当前装配式方案中的生产综合楼的建筑工程费较常规方案约高56%;装配式方案施工方便、湿作业工作量少,噪声污染及污水废水的排放量较少。
Take civil works in some 110 kV prefabricated substation in Inner Mongolia as an example, make an analysis of the differences with the conventional construction scheme from the aspects of technical scheme, construction schedule,construction cost and environmental protection. The prefabricated solution should be considered in combination with regional environmental and climatic characteristics, and engineering practice in retaining wall material and the selection of fire retardant coating, partition wall and window design, indoor lamps and lanterns and monitor equipment installation, etc. In terms of construction cycle, the prefabricated scheme has no advantages. The construction cost of the production complex in the prefabricated scheme is about 56% higher. The assembly scheme has the advantages of convenient construction, less wet work, less noise pollution and less discharge of sewage and wastewater.
