汽轮机MICROREC DEH系统改造方案分析及应用Analysis and Application of Reform Scheme for Turbine MICROREC DEH System

摘要(Abstract):
针对达拉特发电厂4号机组MICROREC DEH控制系统存在硬件设备老化,通信速率慢,组态在线修改困难及主保持设计方式易造成机组误动等问题,提出了3种改造方案,分别为:保留系统液压部分,只改造电气控制部分;系统液压和电气控制部分全部改造;采用REXA执行器。分别对3种方案进行了对比分析,最终确定采用系统液压及电气控制部分全部改造方案对4号机组MICROREC系统进行改造。改造实施后,汽轮机的调节特性和机组的整体性能得到改善。
For the problems existing in the MICROREC DEH control system in unit 4 of Dalate Power Plant,the author proposed three kinds of transformation schemes: retention hydraulic system parts,only reforming the electric control parts,and transforming both the hydraulic and the electrical control systems,and using REXA actuator.The transformation methods were compared and analyzed,the total scheme of the unit transformation was determined to use the second reconstruction scheme.After implementing the program,steam turbine regulating characteristic and units overall performance was improved.
