摘要(Abstract):
针对变汽温法测量过桥汽封漏汽率存在的需单独的试验时间、参数稳定性差、敏感性强等问题,提出一种以能耗指标与机组效率为基准的过桥汽封漏汽能效平衡算法。该算法根据汽轮机能量转换效率与发电热耗率的内在关系对汽轮机各缸效率及运行参数进行修正,实现了汽轮机性能试验过程中汽轮机发电热耗率与过桥汽封漏汽率计算的同步完成,有效减少了汽轮机性能试验步骤,降低了性能试验中的操作风险。
Aiming at the problems of independent test time, poor parameter stability and strong sensitivity in measuring the leakage rate of bridge steam seal by variable steam temperature method, an energy efficiency balance algorithm for bridge steam seal leakage based on energy consumption index and unit efficiency is proposed. This algorithm modifies the efficiency and operating parameters of each cylinder of the steam turbine according to the internal relationship between the energy conversion efficiency of the steam turbine and the heat consumption rate of the power generation, and realizes the synchronous calculation of the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine and the leakage rate of the bridge steam seal during the performance test of the steam turbine, which effectively reduces the performance test steps of the steam turbine and the operation risk in the performance test.
