摘要(Abstract)：

为促进蒙西地区分布式能源充分参与竞争，加快构建机制健全、良性互动的市场体系，分布式能源参与蒙西电力市场的相关机制亟待研究。通过对国内外分布式能源参与电力市场交易现状及蒙西电力市场建设的现实基础进行分析，提出了适应蒙西地区分布式能源发展的市场建设目标，并对分布式能源参与蒙西电力市场中长期交易和现货交易机制进行了设计，研究可为分布式能源参与蒙西电力市场的发展模式提供理论支撑，也为分布式能源市场建设路径提供了依据。
In order to promote the full participation of distributed energy in the competition and accelerate the construction of a sound mechanism and benign interaction market system, the relevant mechanism of distributed energy participation in the power market in the west of Inner Mongolia needs to be studied urgently. Guiding distributed energy to participate in the power market can effectively promote the consumption of distributed energy and accelerate the development of distributed energy technology. By analyzing the development of distributed energy at home and abroad and the actual situation in west Inner Mongolia region, this paper puts forward the market construction goal to adapt to the development of distributed energy in west Inner Mongolia region, and designs the trading mechanism and mode for distributed energy to participate in the medium and long-term power market and spot power market in the west of Inner Mongolia. The research provides theoretical support for the development mode of distributed energy participating in west Inner Mongolia power market, and also provides a basis for the construction path of distributed energy market.
