主变压器保护跳闸矩阵测量仪的研制及应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对传统的主变压器保护跳闸矩阵测量方法存在漏测、错测和耗时长的问题,研制了以可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心的主变压器保护跳闸矩阵测量仪,进行主变压器保护定检试验时,相应保护动作后,可一次性测量出所有跳闸出口动作情况及动作时间,并将测量结果直观地显示在屏幕上。通过对220 kV和110 kV变电站的主变压器保护跳闸矩阵实际测量,与传统测量方法相比较,测量时间分别缩短了60.42%和54.81%。该测量仪可用于任何电压等级主变压器保护跳闸矩阵测量。
In this paper, a main transformer tripping matrix measuring instrument based on a programmable logic controller(PLC) is developed to solve the problems of missing measurement, wrong measurement and time consuming in the traditional main transformer protection tripping matrix measurement method. When the transformer protection test is carried out, after the corresponding protection action, the measuring instrument has the technical characteristics of measuring action and time of all tripping exits at one time. The results are displayed visually on the screen. The measuring instrument can be applied to the main transformer protection tripping matrix measurement of any voltage level. Compared with the traditional measuring method, the measuring time is reduced by 60.42% and 54.81% respectively when it is applied to 220 kV and 110 kV substation.
