基于状态机原理的电网启动方案自动编制系统研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对人工编写电网启动和校验方案耗时长、易产生遗漏、方案可靠性低等问题,建立了电网启动方案自动编制系统。通过建立新设备启动模型,组建专家系统规则库,构建人机交互规则,实现地区调度启动方案自动、规范、精准编制,提高方案编制的效率和质量,并以此推动启动方案内容、术语的标准化,形成标准化流程。最后,以某地民业线启动为例,验证了基于状态机原理的电网启动方案自动编制系统的实用性。
In order to solve the problems of long time consuming, omission and low reliability of manual power grid startup and verification scheme, an intelligent generation system for startup scheme is proposed. Through the establishment of new equipment start-up model, the expert system rule base is established and the human-computer interaction rules are constructed, the automatic, standardized and accurate compilation of regional scheduling start-up scheme is realized, the efficiency and quality of scheme compilation is improved, and the standardization of start-up scheme content and terms is promoted, thus the standardized process is formed. Finally, an example is given to verify the practicability of the system based on the principle of state machine.
