基于分布式监测系统的超高压输电线路故障诊断技术应用Application on Fault Diagnosis Technology of EHV Transmission Line Based on Distributed Monitoring System

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了行波传输后的波形衰减规律,以及分布式监测系统的技术原理。利用分布式监测技术对内蒙古超高压输电线路的3起故障进行诊断,分析了分布式监测技术的应用条件及定位误差,指出了雷击故障的辨识依据。通过分布式监测系统获取的故障时刻工频和暂态电流数据,分步骤对故障点进行定位分析,并通过故障高频暂态电流的波形特征辨识是否为雷击故障。经对比,分布式监测系统的故障诊断结果与实际故障信息相符,满足输电线路快速故障诊断的要求。
This paper introduces the attenuation law of traveling wave transmission on the transmission line, and the technical principle and terminal configuration of distributed monitoring system. The distributed monitoring technology is used to diagnose three fault cases of Inner Mongolia extra-high voltage transmission line. The application conditions and positioning error of distributed monitoring technology are analyzed, and the identification basis of lightning faults is pointed out. Based on the power frequency and transient current data obtained from the distributed monitoring system, the fault point is located step by step, and whether it is lightning fault is identified by the waveform characteristics of fault high-frequency transient current. By comparison, the fault diagnosis results of the distributed monitoring system are consistent with the actual fault information, which meet the requirements of rapid fault diagnosis of transmission lines.
