储能系统辅助火电AGC调频工程评估与设计技术要点Technical Points of Evaluation and Design for Thermal Power Plant with Energy Storage for Automatic Generation Control Modulation Project

摘要(Abstract):
对储能系统辅助火电AGC调频工程评估与设计技术要点进行了分析。在选择储能容量配比时,建议采用0.5 h放电时间的储能系统能量容量;电气接入方式为利用机组6 kV或10 kV高压厂用电源接入;系统充电运行时,原有保护设置不需要调整;计算短路电流时,需考虑最严重工况时储能系统额外提供的三相短路电流,并验证是否超过断路器的可分断范围;厂用电开关柜电气二次设计时,可在发变组保护和高压厂用电源切换模块中增加对储能系统的联跳接口。安全性评估方面,需考虑次同步振荡问题。并介绍了本类工程中火电厂DCS系统与RTU系统需实施的改造项目。
This paper analyzes the technical points of evaluation and design of AGC frequency modulation project aided by energy storage system. When selecting the energy storage capacity configuration, it is recommended to use the energy storage system capacity with 0.5 h discharge time. The way of electrical connection is through the unit 6 kV or 10 kV high-voltage factory power supply. When the system is charging, the original protection does not need to be adjusted. When calculating the short-circuit current, it is necessary to consider the additional three-phase short-circuit current provided by the energy storage system under the most serious condition, and verify whether it exceeds the interruptible range of the circuit breaker. When the secondary design of the auxiliary power switch cabinet is carried out, the joint tripping interface for energy storage system could be added in the transformer protection and high voltage auxiliary power supply switching module. In the aspect of security evaluation, subsynchronous oscillation should be considered. The paper also introduces the renovation projects of DCS system and RTU system in thermal power plants.
