±800 kV换流变压器局放试验双端加压技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

800 kV换流站使用的三角形接法换流变压器在现场局放试验双端加压时,流过换流变压器阀侧两端补偿电抗器的补偿电流和阀侧两端绕组的电压值不同,同时在变频电源与两台励磁变压器组成的低压侧回路中存在小的环流,针对此问题,对双端加压电路进行等效分析。原因为阀侧两端入口电容不同,发生了欠补偿和过补偿,进而产生了串联谐振和分压现象,提出采用试验时调节换流变压器阀侧两端补偿电抗器电感值、调节励磁变压器变比、利用双变频电源供电的解决方法,建立了与现场试验设备等参数的仿真模型,证明了调节补偿电抗器电感值及励磁变压器变比的方法最为简单有效。
When the delta-connected converter transformer used in the ± 800 kV converter stations is applied voltage for double terminals in partial discharge(PD) test, the compensation current flowing through the compensation reactor on both ends of the valve side of the converter transformer is different from the voltage value of the winding at the same time in the variable frequency power supply with two stages of excitation transformer low voltage side circuit exists in the small circulation. Aiming at this problem, equivalent analysis is carried out on the double side pressure circuit. The reason for the different entrance capacitance on both ends of the valve side, under compensation and over compensation, then produce the series resonance and partial pressure phenomenon. Put forward when the test is adopted to adjust both ends of converter transformer value side compensation reactor inductance value, adjusting the excitation transformer ratio and double frequency conversion power supply solutions. The simulation model with field test equipment is established and it is proved that the method of adjusting the inductance value of the compensated reactor and the transformer ratio is the most simple and effective.
