SF6/CF4气体绝缘设备气体泄漏率准确测试方法分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对目前气体绝缘设备气体泄漏率检测常用的扣罩法和局部包扎法存在检测准确度低、安装难度大、无法带电作业等问题,本文提出了一种适用于SF_6/CF_4气体绝缘设备气体泄漏率准确测试方法,在设备充气接口处安装检测元件,实时测取设备内部的压力值和温度值,计算气体密度和泄漏率。该方法可有效排除气温和气室体积因素的干扰,提高气体泄漏率检测的准确度,且操作简单、拆卸方便,可作为日常监测方式,对SF_6/CF_4气体绝缘设备运行状态进行故障预测和报警。
The commonly used cover method and local bandaging method for gas leakage rate detection of gas insulated equipments have the problems as low detection accuracy, difficulty in installation, and no live operation. In this paper, an accurate test method for gas leakage rate of SF_6/CF_4 insulated equipment is proposed. The detection element is installed at the inflating interface of the equipment to measure the pressure value and temperature value inside the equipments in real time, and the gas density and leakage rate are calculated. This method can effectively eliminate the interference of temperature and gas chamber volume, improve the accuracy of gas leakage rate detection. And it is simple in operation and convenient in disassembly. It can be used as a daily monitoring method for fault prediction and alarm of SF_6/CF_4 insulation equipments in operation state.
