600MW直接空冷机组风机群分区调节应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究直接空冷机组空冷风机群分区自动控制策略,以某600 MW直接空冷机组为例,利用数字温度传感器监测各风机单元翅片管温度场,采用红外热成像试验及理论分析方法,对空冷凝汽器翅片管温度场分布规律进行分析,提出以温度转变界面表征翅片管状态的概念。通过在翅片管上布置数字温度传感器,可同时捕获各风机单元翅片管温度转变界面实时位置,并据此将56台空冷风机划分为16个分区,实现了风机群的分区自动控制。
In order to study the zonal automatic control of direct air cooling fan groups, taking some 600 MW air-cooling unit as an example, the author analyzes the temperature field distribution of the finned tubes of the air condenser by means of infrared thermal imaging test and proposes theoretical analysis, and the temperature transition interface(TTI) to characterize the state of the finned tubes. By arranging digital temperature sensors on the finned tubes, the real-time positions of the TTI of the finned tubes of each fan unit are captured at the same time. Based on this, the fifty-six air-cooled fans are divided into sixteen zones, which achieves the zonal automatic control of fan groups.
