内蒙古电网水电黑启动试验仿真分析Simulation Analysis of Hydropower Black Start Test of Inner Mongolia Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
基于PSCAD搭建了内蒙古电网水电黑启动试验系统模型,对黑启动试验的发电机空充线路、长线路空充主变压器、火电厂大功率辅机启动、火电机组并网等过程进行了潮流和动态仿真,基于仿真结果对发电机自励磁、空充线路合闸过电压、空充主变压器铁磁谐振过电压、启动负荷引起的系统电压和频率波动等情况进行了分析。认为万家寨水电站3号机组以孤网模式运行,在低负荷工况下能够维持试验系统频率稳定,并具有较强的进相能力,可作为内蒙古电网黑启动电源;黑启动过程中机组未出现自励磁现象,各厂站母线电压未超过规定限值,建议火电机组取消初负荷,以免并网后造成系统频率大幅波动。
Based on PSCAD, the hydropower black start test system model of Inner Mongolia power grid is built. The power flow and dynamic simulation are carried out for the processes of generator charging idle-load line, long line charging idleload transformer, high-power motor startup of thermal power plant and grid connection of thermal power units. Based on the simulation results, the generator self-excitation, switching over-voltage of charging idle-load line, ferroresonance overvoltage of charging idle-load transformer, system voltage and frequency fluctuations caused by starting load are analyzed. Finally, it is concluded that unit 3 of Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station is operating in isolated network mode, which can maintain the frequency stability of the test system under low load conditions, and has strong under-excitation capacity, which can be used as the black start power supply of Inner Mongolia power grid. During black start, self excitation hasn′t happened in the unit, and the bus voltage of each station can not exceed the specified limit. The initial load of thermal power unit shall be cancelled to avoid large fluctuation of system frequency after grid connection.
