摘要(Abstract)：

针对包头供电局东河分局电缆故障处理耗时长的问题进行分析,对每个工序的时间段进行统计,找出"测量故障位置"这一环节耗时最长。经分析,原因为测试人员专业水平低、测试方法有误等。为了缩短故障处理时间,减少由此造成的停电损失,对测试人员进行了专业技术培训,同时提出在处理事故前应先确定电缆故障原因及类别,并制定了规范的测试流程。采用取以上措施后,东河分局的故障电缆测定时间由平均309 min降至172 min。
In Baotou Power Supply Bureau Donghe Branch Office,cable fault processing time-consuming is much longer.According to each process time statistics,the process of measurement fault location consumed longest time.The reasons are that the personnel are lack of professional knowledge and error testing methods work wrongly.In order to shorten the fault processing time,reducing the resulting loss of power cut,the personnel are taken out professional and technical training.What′ s more,the author put forward that cable fault causes and categories should be firstly determined before accident treatment,and develop standardized test procedures.By taking these measures,Donghe Branch Office of the fault cable measuring time is decreased by an average of 309 min to 172 min.
