核电厂核岛应急母线配电方案分析与优化

摘要(Abstract):

根据核电厂电源系统基本要求及其配套设施安全要求,以满足能动与非能动相结合的安全系统双堆机组核电厂的安全性、可靠性为前提,对两个典型核电厂核岛应急母线配电方案进行对比分析,结合现有配电技术的设计分析思路及分析方法,对核电厂核岛应急母线配电方案进行优化。配置专用供电母线,采用两台主发电机为专用供电母线提供电源的方式,以提高专用供电母线可靠性,取消附加柴油发电机组及其配套设施。在A列应急母线和B列应急母线之间设置联络为全厂断电工况用电负荷供电,从而减少1台全厂断电工况柴油发电机组及其配套设施。核电厂应急母线配电方案优化后,既能满足能动与非能动结合的安全系统双堆机组核电厂的安全性、可靠性,又提高了工程经济性。
According to the basic requirements of the power system of nuclear power plant and the safety requirements of supporting facilities, and on the premise of meeting the safety and reliability of the dual reactor nuclear power plant with active and passive safety system, this paper takes the emergency bus distribution scheme of the nuclear island of two typical nuclear power plants as an example for comparison and analysis, and combines the design and analysis ideas and methods of the existing distribution technology. Optimize the distribution scheme of emergency bus in nuclear power plant. The special power supply bus is configured. Two main generators are used to provide power for the special power supply bus to increase the reliability of the special power supply bus, so as to cancel the additional diesel generator set and its supporting facilities. The connection between the emergency bus line A and the emergency bus line B is set for the power supply of the whole plant under the power failure condition, thus reducing one diesel generator set and its supporting facilities under the power failure condition of the whole plant. The optimization of emergency busbar distribution scheme for nuclear power plant can not only satisfy the safety and reliability of both active and passive safety systems, but also improve the engineering economy.
