电压互感器高压熔断器熔管更换辅助工具研制
Development of Auxiliary Tool for Fuse Tube Replacement of High Voltage Fuse of Voltage Transformer

摘要(Abstract):

针对变电站户外电压互感器高压熔断器熔管熔断时,将高压熔断器从设备构架上拆卸至地面由人工更换,造成反复登高作业工作强度大、效率低的问题,研制了一种电压互感器高压熔断器熔管更换辅助工具。利用棘轮工作原理,通过辅助工具拉紧熔断器后盖,克服熔断器内弹簧的弹性阻力,实现了在构架上免拆熔断器更换熔管,应用效果验证了该辅助工具便携性好,使用方便,省时省力。
When the high-voltage fuse of the outdoor voltage transformer in the substation is fused, the current replacement method is mainly to remove the high-voltage fuse from the equipment frame to the ground for manual replacement, resulting in repeated high work intensity and low efficiency. Aiming at this problem, an auxiliary tool is developed. Using the ratchet working principle, the rear cover of the fuse is tightened by the auxiliary tool to overcome the elastic resistance of the spring in the fuse, and the fuse is replaced without dismantling the fuse on the frame. It is verified that the auxiliary tool is portable, easy to use, time-saving and labor-saving.
