110 kV变压器箱沿连接螺栓发热原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

某110 kV变电站1号主变压器钟罩式外壳与底座的连接螺栓出现异常发热,通过红外带电检测分析异常数据变化规律,判定该主变压器内部存在漏磁通。阐述了漏磁通产生的机理,认为由漏磁通导致主变压器箱沿连接螺栓发热的根本原因为短路电流流过箱沿连接螺栓以及箱沿连接螺栓感应出涡电流。针对发热原因采取了不停电处理措施,达到了在不停电前提下消除发热缺陷的目的,可为解决同类型发热故障提供借鉴。
Abnormal heating occurs in the connecting bolt between bell-shaped shell and the base of No.1 main transformer in a 110 kV substation. The changing rule of abnormal data is analyzed through infrared live detection, and it is determined that there is magnetic flux leakage in the main transformer. This paper introduces the mechanism of flux leakage and analyzes the heating of main transformer box collecting bolt caused by flux leakage is the short circuit current flowing through the bolt and the eddy current induced by the bolt. Through the test analysis, it is determined that the cause of abnormal heating along the box connecting bolt is the short circuit current flowing through the connecting bolt.According to different heating causes, different treatment methods are tried, which can eliminate the heating defect without power failure, and provide reference for solving the same type of heating failure.
