间接空冷散热器防冻问题的数值模拟分析Numerical Simulation on Anti-Frozen of Indirect Air-Cooled Radiator

摘要(Abstract):
利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对康巴什热电厂350 MW机组间接空冷塔内布置的表面式空冷散热器空气侧和水侧的流动特性及换热性能进行数值模拟,以获取间接空冷散热器中的低温区。结果表明:无论风向如何变化,迎风侧的扇区与其他扇区相比,温度最低。而在同一扇区内,供水支管附近的矩形冷却器第20—24号小管内温度最低,为间接空冷机组冬季扇区投退、重点部位温度监测提供理论支持。
The flow and heat transfer performance of the air side and water side of the surface air-cooled radiator installed in the indirect air-cooled tower is numerically simulated by using Fluent, on the 350 MW generator unit of Kangbashi thermal power plant. And the lower temperature zone where is most likely frozen is acquired. Results show that temperature of sector which is vertical to wind direction is lowest compared with other sectors, and in the same sector temperature from pipe 20 to pipe 24 in rectangular coolers near supply water pipe is the lowest. The results can help the operators of air-cooled unit to decide how to input or output sectors and which key unit should be monitored especially.
