考虑平抑新能源电站功率波动和谐波治理的储能系统控制策略研究Research on Control Strategy of Energy Storage System Considering Suppression of Power Fluctuations and Harmonic Management for New Energy Power Station

摘要(Abstract):
针对储能系统平滑新能源电站功率波动存在平抑性能与电网谐波治理难以协调的情况,本文提出一种基于低通滤波原理的储能系统平滑新能源电站波动的控制策略,从而解决储能负担较大和新能源电站出力波动平抑效果不佳的问题。利用低通滤波模型构建储能系统平抑功率波动模块,通过有功无功解耦控制进行不同天气情况下滤波时间常数选取。采用电池储能系统平滑功率波动和有源滤波模块的统一控制策略,实现储能系统平抑新能源出力波动和电网谐波治理的协同控制。最后,通过算例验证了所提算法的有效性。
It is difficult to coordinate the smooth performance of new energy station power fluctuation with harmonic control in power system. In order to solve the problems of large energy storage burden and poor output fluctuation control effect of new energy power station, this paper proposes an energy storage system based on the principle of low-pass filtering to smooth the fluctuation control strategy of new energy power station. According to the low-pass filtering model, the power fluctuation suppression module of an energy storage system is constructed, and the filtering time constant is selected under different weather conditions by active and reactive decoupling control. The smoothing power fluctuation unified control strategy of battery energy storage system and active filter module is adopted to realize coordinated control of energy storage system to smooth new energy output fluctuation and power grid harmonic control. Finally, some case studies are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
