600 MW湿冷机组利用热泵回收余热供热措施优化

摘要(Abstract):

华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司600 MW湿冷机组采用溴化锂吸收式热泵回收余热技术供热。在运行过程中,机组负荷波动大,相关参数变化也大,尤其是余热水温度不易控制,另外供热季供热量不均匀,在供热初末期热泵无法满负荷运行,造成热泵节能效果下降。通过采取降低余热水温度、合理配置上塔水量与热泵余热水量、适当增减水塔挡风板数量等措施,大幅提升了热泵节能效果。建议对湿冷机组进行热泵供热改造时,要充分考虑循环水系统和热网抽汽系统的灵活调配,优化控制结构,实现系统最优节能配置方式,充分发挥热泵节能效果。

In the process of operation, due to the large fluctuation of the unit load, the relevant parameters change greatly, especially the temperature of the waste hot water is not easy to control. In addition, the heat supply in the heating season is not uniform, and the heat pump cannot operate at full load at the beginning and end of the heating, resulting in the problem of energy saving effect of the heat pump. The energy saving effect of the heat pump is greatly improved by reducing the temperature of the residual hot water, rationally allocating the water volume of the upper tower and the residual heat water volume of the heat pump, and appropriately increasing or decreasing the number of the windshields of the water tower. In addition, it is suggested that when the wet cooling unit performs heat pump heating transformation, it is necessary to fully consider the flexible deployment of the two-machine circulating water system and the heat network extraction system, optimize the control structure, and adopt intelligent online operation and control system to achieve the optimal energy-saving configuration of the system.
