寒冷条件下高压电缆户外充油终端故障分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对2021年1月发生在天津市的多起高压电缆充油终端故障,对故障发生的时间及现场情况进行调研,发现高压电缆户外充油终端故障多发于寒冷的冬季,观察故障现场发现绝缘油凝固、应力锥处电缆主绝缘击穿、应力锥内侧存在放电痕迹。根据调研结果,对不同种类的绝缘油的低温性能展开分析,研究结果表明,绝缘油凝固是造成冬季高压电缆户外充油终端故障的主要原因,而现行相关国家标准中对于绝缘油低温性能缺少相关规定,建议在标准中标明高压电缆户外充油终端绝缘油的最高倾点。
It mainly focuses on the multiple high voltage cable oil-filled terminal failures that occurred in Tianjin in January2021, and the time of the failure and the on-site situation are researched. The survey finds that the failures of the outdoor oil-filled terminal of high voltage cable mostly have occurred in cold winter. Observing the fault site, it is found that the insulation oil solidified, the cable main insulation broke down at the stress cone, and there are discharge traces inside the stress cone. According to the survey results, the low temperature performance of different types of insulating oils is analyzed. The research results show that the solidification of insulating oil is an important reason for the failure of the outdoor oil-filled terminal of high voltage cables in winter. However, the present relevant national standard lacks relevant regulations on the low temperature performance of insulating oil, and put forward that the highest pour point of insulating oil should be indicated in the standard.
