电池储能参与火电机组一次调频设计与应用
Design and Application of Battery Energy Storage in Primary Frequency Modulation of Thermal Power Units

摘要(Abstract):

为充分利用电池储能在辅助火电机组一次调频中的优势,对电池储能参与火电机组一次调频的设计方案进行设计与优化。以内蒙古某电厂为例,首先分析该电厂储能配置概况及一次调频考核现状,在此基础上对电池储能参与该电厂火电机组一次调频方案和控制策略进行设计。设计时主要考虑了机组-储能系统负荷分配控制策略、储能系统一次调频有效动作识别、储能系统负荷调节量设计、储能系统一次调频动作期间AGC闭锁方式、储能系统负荷调度方式以及整体优化改造技术路线等因素。最后将设计方案应用于该电厂,结果表明,该设计方案可以大幅提高一次调频考核合格率、减少平均单次考核电量、提高有效动作比例,验证了所提设计方案可有效改善机组调频性能,且经济性良好。
In order to make full use of the advantages of battery energy storage in auxiliary primary frequency modulation of thermal power units, the design scheme of battery energy storage in primary frequency modulation of thermal power units is designed and optimized. Taking a thermal power plant of Inner Mongolia power grid as an example, this paper firstly analyzes the general situation of the energy storage configuration and primary frequency modulation assessment of the power plant, and then designs the primary frequency modulation scheme and control strategy of the thermal power unit of the power plant involving battery energy storage. The design mainly considers factors such as the load distribution control strategy of the unit-energy storage system, energy storage system effective action identification, design of load regulation amount of the energy storage system, AGC locking mode during the primary frequency modulation action of energy storage system, load scheduling mode of the energy storage system, and the overall optimization and transformation technology route.Finally, the design scheme is applied to the power plant. The results show that the design scheme can greatly improve the qualification rate of primary frequency modulation assessment, reduce the average electricity consumption of single assessment, and improve the probability of effective action. It is verified that the proposed design scheme can effectively improve the frequency modulation performance of the unit and has good economic efficiency.
