变电站建筑电气标准化设计方法研究Research on Standardized Design of Building Electricity in Substation

摘要(Abstract):
对建筑电气设计进行归纳总结,提出建筑电气标准化设计思路和方法。在变电站设计中,建筑电气的设计可从统一图纸目录、图纸内容要求具体化以及计算简易化等方面进行规范。标准化设计使图纸修改、校审高效、快捷,通过表格形式使断路器、线缆及埋管的匹配关系一目了然,可最大程度减少设计失误。建筑电气标准化在实际工程中应用效果良好。但由于建筑电气设计执行的国家标准涉及的行业领域范围宽泛、内容繁多,使得在变电站设计时采用国标和行标时存在不确定因素。
This paper summarizes the building electrical design and puts forward the design ideas and methods of building electrical standardization. In the design of substation, the design of building electricity can be standardized from the aspects of unified drawing catalogue, specification of drawing content requirements and simplification of calculation. Standardized design makes drawing modification and verification efficient and fast, and makes the matching relationship of circuit breaker, cable and buried pipe clear at a glance through the form, which can minimize design errors. Building electrical standardization has been applied well in practical engineering. However, due to the wide range of industries and various contents involved in the implementation of national standards for building electrical design, uncertain factors exist when adopting national standards and line standards in substation design.
