中压开关设备电缆试验回路的绝缘试验方法分析

摘要(Abstract):

开关设备配套电缆在试验时,部分进出线位置和开关断口同时承受了多种类型联合电压的作用,试验工况较为复杂,而GB/T 3906—2020《3.6 kV~40.5 kV交流金属封闭开关设备和控制设备》仅给出了电缆试验的一般要求,并未给出具体的试验电压和试验方式。基于此,本文分析了开关设备配套电缆的修复性维护试验、预防性试验、交接验收试验、安装后电气试验工况,对不同工况的额定电缆试验电压值进行了分析,给出了10 kV开关设备电缆试验的参数,并对电缆的不同试验方法(直流耐压法、交流耐压法、超低频和振荡脉冲电压法)进行了比较,最后提出了不同工况下电缆绝缘试验的注意事项。
During the test of cables in switchgear, some incoming and outgoing line terminals and switch fractures are subjected to the effects of various types of combined voltages at the same time, and the test conditions are complex. GB/T 3906-2020 only gives the general requirements of cable test, but does not give the specific test voltage and test method. This paper analyzes the operation conditions of corrective maintenance test, preventive test, handover acceptance test and electrical test conditions after installation of switchgear supporting cables, discusses the rated cable test voltage under different working conditions, gives the parameters of 10 kV switchgear cable test, and discusses the different test methods of cables (DC withstand voltage method, AC withstand voltage method, ultra-low frequency and oscillating pulse method) are compared. Finally, the precautions for cable dielectric test under different working conditions are put forward.
