基于不同电源类型的内蒙古电网黑启动方案制订及仿真分析Formulation and Simulation Analysis on Black Start Schemes of Inner Mongolia Power Grid Based on Different Power Sources

摘要(Abstract):
根据内蒙古电网的发展现状和特点,提出了以万家寨水电站、抽水蓄能电站和伊旗电厂3种不同类型的电源为启动电源点的电网黑启动方案,并对方案中多个启动路径和恢复供电路径进行过电压、自励磁、铁磁谐振等仿真分析与比选,分别推荐出最优的启动路径和恢复供电路径。通过仿真试验预演校验了黑启动方案的可行性,为今后黑启动的现场试验及具体实施提供了依据。
According to the development status and characteristics of the Inner Mongolia power grid, a black start scheme for the power grid with Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station, Pumped Storage Power Station and Yiqi Power Station as the starting power point is proposed. Make a simulation analysis and comparison of overvoltage, self-excitation, and ferromagnetic resonance to the multiple starting paths and power restoration paths in the scheme, and recommend the optimal startup path and restoration power supply path. The simulation test rehearsal verifies the feasibility of the black start scheme, which can provide a basis for the field test and specific implementation of the black start in the future.
