智能费控电能表光纤通信单元的研制及应用Development and Application of Fiber Optical Communication Module of Fee-Controlled Smart Meter

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了智能费控电能表光纤通信单元外观结构、工作原理及技术路线,对新型电能信息采集、传输与管理系统的功能特点进行了说明,并选择某小区开展了智能费控电能表光纤通信单元的现场试运行测试工作。测试结果表明,智能费控网络光纤通信模块数据抄收率及准确率均达100%,与其他通信方式相比,智能费控电能表光纤通信单元大大提高了数据通信速率。系统整体运行稳定、状态良好、技术性能优良。
This paper introduces the appearance structure, working principle and technical route of the optical fiber communication module of fee-controlled smart meter, and describes the functional characteristics of the new electric energy information acquisition, transmission and management system, and carries out the field test of the optical fiber communication module of fee-controlled smart meter in a certain community. The test results show that the data reading rate and accuracy rate of the optical fiber communication module of the intelligent fee-controlled network reach to 100%.The optical fiber communication module of fee-controlled smart meter greatly improves the data communication rate. The system operation is stable and in good condition, and its technical performance is excellent.
