摘要(Abstract):
针对110 kV东河变电站手跳或遥跳主变压器低压侧断路器时无法闭锁低压侧备自投保护的问题,增加了一个中间继电器。中间继电器的两对常开接点分别用于启动手合继电器和闭锁备自投保护,使不同厂家的保护装置精确匹配,确保了手跳或遥跳主变压器低压侧断路器时能够正确有效闭锁备自投保护,防止备自投保护将910分段断路器合上后重新送电至停电母线,减少因备自投保护误动导致的操作人员无效工作,提高了工作效率,保证供电可靠性的同时消除了人身及设备安全隐患。
The low-voltage side automatic bus transfer protection cannot be blocked when the low-voltage side circuit breaker of the main transformer of the 110 kV Donghe substation is manually or remotely tripped. To solve this problem,we add an intermediate relay in the circuit. The two pairs of normally-open contacts of the intermediate relay are respectively used to start the hand relay and to lock the automatic bus transfer protection, so that the protection devices of different manufacturers can be accurately matched to ensure that the manual or remote tripping of the low-voltage side circuit breaker of the main transformer can correctly and effectively block the automatic bus transfer protection, and prevent the automatic bus transfer protection from closing the 910 section circuit breaker and then re-transmitting the power to the power failure bus, which reduces invalid work of the operator caused by the automatic bus transfer protection misoperation and improve the work efficiency. It also can ensure the reliability of the power supply and eliminate the potential personal safety hazards at the same time.
