基于区块链技术的电力市场绿色证书交易机制研究Research on Green Certificate Transaction Mechanism of Electricity Market Based on Blockchain Technology

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了可再生能源消纳责任权重相关政策及国内外绿色证书交易现状。以确保电力绿色证书交易过程的可靠性与安全性为前提,引入区块链技术,对区块链技术应用于绿色证书核发、交易的可行性进行分析,提出了基于PBFT共识算法的绿色证书核发及交易机制,通过与传统第三方证书核发与交易模式进行对比论证,认为该机制在安全性、执行效率等方面具有突出优势。
This article analyzes the relevant policies of renewable energy consumption responsibility weights and the current status of domestic and foreign REC transactions. Based on the reliability and safety of the REC transaction process, this paper introduces blockchain technology, and analyzes the feasibility of applying blockchain technology to REC issuance and transactions. An REC issuance and transaction mechanism based on the Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(PBFT)consensus algorithm is proposed. Through comparison and demonstration with traditional third-party certificate issuance and transaction models, it is concluded that the mechanism has outstanding advantages in terms of security and efficiency.
