主变压器程控试验台应用分析
Application Analysis of Transformer Program Control Test Bench

摘要(Abstract):

主变压器现场试验项目较多,需采用多种仪器设备进行测试,同时需多次更换试验接线,存在安全隐患。为解决上述问题,应用了主变压器现场程控试验台,采用1套专用高压线连接主变压器与试验台,在试验台上通过控制程序切换线路完成各项试验检测。简化了试验步骤,减少了试验人员,降低了因试验人员更换试验接线而引起的安全风险,提高了工作效率。
The number of the field test of main transformer is large. It is needed to adopt many different instrument equipments to carry on the test, and to replace the wiring for several times, which easily leads to the safety accident. In order to solve the problems above, transformer program control test bench is adopted, with one set of high-voltage lines to connect the main transformer and the test bench, and with control program for line switching, through which the test process is simplified, the number of test staff is reduced,the safety hidden trouble in the test process caused by the multiple-climbing casing to change test wiring is lowered, and the work efficiency is raised.
