500 kV罐式断路器瓷质套管炸裂能量估算及仿真分析

摘要(Abstract):

某500kV罐式断路器瓷质套管正常运行过程中发生炸裂故障,基于爆炸理论通过瓷质碎块数据测量及抛射速度计算、瓷质套管炸裂过程3D动态模拟,推算了瓷质套管化学炸裂和物理炸裂的能量范围及其炸裂机理。在此基础上,对瓷质套管炸裂的性质和原因进行了仿真分析。结果表明:依据瓷块碎片抛射距离估算的瓷质套管化学炸裂能量为55~75 g的TNT当量,远大于其发生物理炸裂所产生的能量,瓷质套管炸裂性质属于化学爆炸。
In this paper, a porcelain bushing of a 500 kV tank breaker bursts in the normal operation. Based on the explosion theory, the energy range and the bursting mechanism of chemical and physical burst of the porcelain bushing are calculated by measuring the data of porcelain fragments, calculating the projection velocity, and 3 D dynamic simulation of the bursting process of the porcelain bushing. On this basis, a simulated analysis of the nature and cause of the burst is carried out. The results show that the chemical burst energy of porcelain bushing is estimated to be 55-75 g TNT equivalent according to the projection distance of the porcelain fragment, which is much larger than the energy generated by physical burst. The burst of porcelain bushing belongs to chemical explosion.
