蓄热式电锅炉技术在新能源富集电网中的应用探讨

摘要(Abstract):

以内蒙古电网首家热电厂灵活性辅助调峰项目"热电厂+蓄热式电锅炉"组合项目为案例,结合内蒙古电网辖区弃风现状,分析该厂热电解耦选择蓄热式电锅炉技术路线的原因,并对该项目采用的主要设备进行了介绍;通过对项目投运后在不同应用场景下的收益情况测算,指出该项目若仅作为清洁能源对外供暖会出现收支倒挂、无法运营的问题,必须有配套的补助政策支持。基于2020—2021年采暖期该项目参与内蒙古电网辅助服务情况,通过对蓄热式电锅炉系统运行的热力特性分析,结合该项目参与电网深度调峰及调频性能数据,指出该项目在现行内蒙古电网辅助服务补偿政策下具有一定收益。分析结果表明,该组合项目参与内蒙古电网深度调峰能扩大清洁能源供热份额,增加清洁能源上网空间,降低弃风\弃光率。
Taking the first thermal power plant flexible auxiliary peak-shaving project of the combined project of thermal power plant and regenerative electric boiler in Inner Mongolia power grid as a case, combining the national policy and the current situation of wind curtailment in the jurisdiction of Inner Mongolia power grid, this paper analyzes the cause for the thermal electrolytic coupler of the plant choosing the regenerative electric boiler technical route, and introduces the main equipment used in the project. Through the calculation of the profitability of the project in different application scenarios after the project is put into operation, it is pointed out that if the project is simply used as a clean energy source for external heating, there will be problems of income and expenses upside-down and that cannot be operated, and it must be supported by a supporting subsidy policy. Focusing on the project participation in the auxiliary services of Inner Mongolia power grid during the heating period form 2020 to 2021, through the analysis of the thermal characteristics of the regenerative electric boiler system operation, combined with the project participation in the power grid deep peak regulation and frequency modulation performance data, it is pointed out that the project is of certain benefits under the power grid auxiliary service compensation policy. The results show that the combined project participation in the deep peak shaving of Inner Mongolia power grid can expand the share of clean energy heating, increase the space for clean energy to go online,and reduce the rate of abandonment of wind and light in the district.
