碳中和背景下我国生态碳汇发展形势及建议Developmengt Situation and Suggestions for Ecological Carbon Sink in China Under Background of Carbon Neutralization

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了国内外碳汇发展历程和发展现状、碳汇项目的开发和交易情况,列举了海洋碳汇和林业碳汇典型碳汇项目交易情况及经济价值实现创新模式。通过分析认为,未来我国将高度重视森林、红树林等碳汇项目的开发和市场发展,促进生态环境与经济社会协同发展,实现全面绿色转型。同时提出需要开展生态治理工程、完善生态碳汇核查体系、健全生态碳汇交易机制等建议,通过多样化手段提升生态碳汇能力,实现碳汇生态价值。
This paper introduces the development process and current situation of carbon sinks at home and abroad, the development and transaction of carbon sink projects, and lists the transaction situation and economic value realization innovation mode of typical carbon sink projects of marine carbon sink and forestry carbon sink. According to the analysis,China will attach great importance to the development and market development of carbon sink projects such as forests and mangroves in the future and in the medium and long term, so as to promote the coordinated development of ecological environment and economy and society and realize the comprehensive green transformation. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out ecological governance projects, improve the ecological carbon sink verification system, and improve the ecological carbon sink trading mechanism, so as to enhance the ecological carbon sink capacity and realize the ecological value of carbon sinks through diversified means.
