摘要(Abstract):
对新疆阿克苏城市再生水回用于电厂循环冷却水的水质特性和变化规律、预处理现状与工艺进行了分析研究,针对再生水水质波动大、预处理生物曝气滤池的脱氮效果差和高密度沉淀池的石灰除硬效果差等问题,提出采取优化净水药剂降低浊度、混凝-石灰-纯碱法除硬度等措施,使再生水预处理后满足电厂冷却水的要求,确保机组的安全、稳定、经济运行。
This paper comprehensively analyzes the reclaimed water reused for circulating cooling water of Aksu Power Plant, including the law and mechanism of water quality change and the pretreatment status and process of the reclaimed water. In view of the problems that the quality of recycled water used for circulating cooling water of power plant fluctuates greatly, the denitrification effect of biological aerated filter and the lime hardness removal effect of high-density sedimentation tank are poor, the feasible measures such as optimizing water purification agent to reduce turbidity and removing hardness by double alkali method are put forward, which makes the reclaimed water meet the requirements of cooling water of the power plant after pretreatment, and provides a reference for improving the treatment efficiency of recycled water used in power plant cooling water.
