多端风电汇集区域电网电压问题及控制策略研究

摘要(Abstract):

以内蒙古电网锡林浩特西部地区为例,针对多端风电汇集区域电网发生故障后系统节点电压越限的问题进行P-V(功率-电压)分析,并绘制风电场有功出力和控制电压值的P-V曲线,研究不同接线方式、区域负荷对P-V曲线的影响。通过仿真得出系统在不同负荷水平、运行工况下,站点P-V曲线变化趋势相同,即随风电出力逐渐增加,站点的控制电压下限值先降后升,且检修方式下的P-V曲线呈现更加明显的“V”形,电压跌落严重;同时区域负荷水平越低,站点控制电压下限值越小。最后提出了基于负荷分档的多端风电汇集区域电网输电断面和控制电压的协调控制策略,确定了不同负荷水平情况下该地区输电断面有功功率和站点电压的运行范围。
With the large-scale access of new energy to the power grid, its distribution and volatility have brought greater challenges to the power grid. Taking the western district of Xilinhot in Inner Mongolia Power Grid as an example, this paper conducts P-V analysis for the problem of the system node voltage exceeding the limit after the failure of the multi-terminal wind power region of power grid, and draws the P-V curve of the wind farm active output and control voltage, and studies the impact on P-V curve of different modes of wiring and regional loads. Through simulation, it is concluded that the P-V curve of the site has the same changing trend under different load levels and operating conditions, that is, as the wind power output gradually increases, the lower limiting value of the control voltage of the site first drops and then rises, and the P-V curve under the maintenance mode appears a more obvious V shape, with a serious voltage drop. At the same time, the lower the regional load level, the smaller the lower limit of the site control voltage. Finally, this paper proposes a coordinated control strategy for the cross-section power flow and control voltage of the multi-terminal wind power converging region of power grid, and the operating range of the active power of the transmission section and the site voltage in the region under different load levels is determined.
