基于补偿短路的汽轮发电机转子匝间短路RSO测试方法

摘要(Abstract):

通过模拟典型汽轮发电机转子绕组不同位置的匝间短路故障,先利用重复脉冲示波(RSO)方法进行了测试,在此基础上,采用模拟对称短路的方法,对发电机转子匝间短路位置和严重程度进行精确评估。测试结果表明,基于补偿短路的RSO测试方法对相邻两匝短路的轻微短路故障也有较好的灵敏度,利用补偿短路法可以准确判断转子匝间故障,为转子后续检查或检修工作提供帮助。
By simulating the interturn short circuit fault of typical turbo generator rotor winding at different positions, the test and analysis are carried out by using the Recurrent Surge Oscillograph (RSO) method. It is considered that the short circuit position can be accurately located on the winding by using this method. On this basis, the method of simulating symmetrical short circuit is used to accurately evaluate the position and severity of generator rotor interturn short circuit. The test results show that the RSO test method based on compensated short circuit has good sensitivity even for the slight short circuit fault of two adjacent turns. The compensated short circuit method can accurately evaluate the inter turn fault condition of the rotor, and provide help for the subsequent inspection or maintenance of the rotor.
