两种国标方法测定亚硫酸盐的对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Two National Standard Methods for Determination of Sulfite

摘要(Abstract):

针对采用GB/T 21508—2008《燃煤烟气脱硫设备性能测试方法》和GB/T 5484—2012《石膏化学分析方法》规定的两种国标碘量法对燃煤电厂脱硫浆液进行亚硫酸盐含量测定时结果差异显著的问题,对两种不同的碘量法进行方法分析及数据对比。结果表明,将新法(GB/T 5484—2012中脱硫石膏中亚硫酸盐的检测方法)延用旧法(GB/T 21508—2008中脱硫浆液中亚硫酸盐的检测方法)中试剂浓度检测脱硫浆液及脱硫石膏中亚硫酸盐含量,结果准确度高,再现性好,可以替代旧法并推广使用。此外,改良后的方法解决了新法中消耗药品量大的问题,同时适用于燃煤电厂脱硫浆液及脱硫石膏中亚硫酸盐的测定。
The determination of sulfite in desulfurization slurry of coal-fired power plants is generally in accordance with the national standard method GB/T 21508-2008, and the determination of sulfite in desulfurization gypsum is in accordance with the national standard GB/T 5484-2012. Both the old and new methods belong to iodometry, but the methods are different. Two national standard methods are used to determine the sulfite content of desulfurization slurry in coal-fired power plant, and the results are significantly different. The method analysis and data comparison of two different iodometric methods show that the new method(the detection method of sulfite in desulfurization gypsum in GB/T 5484-2012) is extended to the reagent concentration in the old method(the detection method of sulfite in desulfurization slurry in GB/T21508-2008) to detect the sulfite content in desulfurization slurry and desulfurization gypsum, with high accuracy and good reproducibility. It can replace the old method and be popularized. In addition, the improved method solves the disadvantage of large drug consumption in the new method, and is suitable for the determination of sulfite in desulfurization slurry and desulfurization gypsum in coal-fired power plants.
