基于零序电压小波变换的小电流接地系统电缆早期故障检测

摘要(Abstract):

通过对小电流接地系统中早期故障扰动特征的分析,结合早期故障明显的零序电压分量特征以及自清除特性,基于小波变换对零序电压低频段特征进行提取,提出了小电流接地系统电缆早期检测方法。该方法利用早期故障扰动零序电压明显、负荷电流不变的特征,避免了对系统其他扰动和故障的误检测。基于PSCAD/EMTDC搭建配电网仿真模型,考虑不同系统参数、模型参数、多种正常扰动和不对称永久性故障的情况,验证了该方法对小电流接地系统电缆早期故障检测的有效性和准确性。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of incipient fault in non-solidly grounding system, and combined with the characteristics of obvious zero sequence voltage component and self-clearing of incipient faults, an incipient fault detection method is proposed by extracting the low-frequency characteristics of zero-sequence voltage based on wavelet transform. According to the obvious zero-sequence voltage and constant load current, the misdetection of other disturbances and faults in the system is avoided. The distribution network simulation model is conducted in PSCAD/EMTDC, and different system parameters, model parameters, multiple disturbances and asymmetric permanent faults are considered to testify the effectiveness of the proposed method, which is simple and feasible with high detection accuracy.
