摘要(Abstract):
某特高压站换流变压器发生了乙炔产气故障,通过排查换流变压器历史试验数据,跟踪分析阀侧、网侧升高座油色谱特征气体的变化趋势,确认故障发生在阀侧出线位置,并经现场内检确定故障原因为阀侧引线固定螺栓偏长,导致螺栓未压紧引线、套管金具与引线连接松动,产生过热的同时伴随裸金属放电,导致换流变压器油中产生乙炔。经现场处理排除了故障,并对换流变压器阀侧引线的装配及运维工作提出了建议。
An acetylene gas-producing fault occurred in a converter transformer of an UHV station. By checking the historical test data of the converter transformer, tracking and analyzing the changing trend of oil chromatographic characteristic gas at the rising seats at the valve side and grid side, it is confirmed that the fault position is at the outlet position at the valve side. Through onsite internal inspection, it is determined that the cause of the fault is that the lead fixing bolt of the valve side is too long, resulting in the bolt not compressing the lead, the connection between casing fittings and lead wires is loose, resulting in overheating and discharge of the bare metal, resulting in the generation of acetylene in converter transformer oil. After onsite treatment, the faults are eliminated, and suggestions on the assembly, operation and maintenance of the valve side lead of the converter transformer are put forward.
