基于大数据价值挖掘的配电网线损管理方法分析

摘要(Abstract):

以配电网运行中产生的线损大数据为基础,提出建立包含数据处理、Tableau可视化与价值挖掘3个环节的线损大数据价值挖掘模型,利用数据清洗手段对线损大数据进行预处理及入库,采用K均值聚类算法深入分析线损的特征,并挖掘数据蕴藏的价值信息。在基于Tableau软件建立的大数据可视化模型中,以某供电局配电网线损大数据为例进行大数据价值挖掘分析,对比分析各县区供电局的线损管理水平,查找线损率不合格的主要影响因素,并提出相应的管理方案。
Based on the line loss big data generated in the operation of distribution network, this paper proposes to establish a value mining model of line loss big data including data processing, Tableau visualization and value mining. It uses data cleaning method to preprocess the line loss big data and put it into the database,and uses K-means clustering algorithm to deeply analyze the characteristics of line loss and further mine the value information stored in the data. In the big data visualization model based on Tableau software, this paper takes the line loss big data of distribution network of a power supply bureau as an example to analyze the value mining of big data. By comparing and analyzing the line loss management level of power supply bureaus in each county and district, and finding out the main influencing factors of unqualified line loss rate, this paper puts forward the corresponding management scheme.
