基于UltraVision仿真技术的小径管超声相控阵检测工艺分析

摘要(Abstract):

根据超声相控阵检测原理,利用UltraVision软件对火电厂锅炉小径管对接焊缝进行超声相控阵检测仿真试验分析,主要包括声束覆盖范围和聚焦声束分布仿真。仿真试验结果表明:通过声束覆盖范围仿真,可以对超声相控阵声束可达性和覆盖范围进行模拟,对检测工艺适用性进行验证和优化;通过聚焦声束分布仿真,可以明确声束焦点在被检小径管对接焊缝内的分布情况,从而指导检测工艺中聚焦方式的选择,提高缺陷检测信噪比。
According to the principle of ultrasonic phased array inspection principle, the software UltraVision is used to carry out the simulation experiment of ultrasonic phased array inspection for butt weld of boiler small diameter pipe in thermal power plant, which mainly includes the simulation of acoustic beam coverage and focused acoustic beam distribution.The simulation results show that through the simulation of the acoustic beam coverage, the accessibility and coverage of the ultrasonic phased array acoustic beam can be simulated, and the applicability of the detection process can be verified and optimized. Through the simulation of the focused acoustic beam distribution, the distribution of the acoustic beam focus in the butt weld of the inspected small-diameter pipe can be clearly defined, so as to guide the selection of the focus mode in the detection process, and improve the signal to noise ratio of defect detection.
