摘要(Abstract):
针对220 kV瓷柱式SF_6断路器在寒冷冬季频繁出现告警及闭锁问题,从加热方式、加热器布置位置、保护壳体结构、保温材料及温控范围等方面优化设计了断路器加热保温装置。现场测试结果显示,新装置具有良好的保温效果,有效地保证了SF_6断路器气室的压力状态及保温箱内部环境温度的稳定。
In view of the frequent alarm and locking phenomenon of 220 kV SF_6 porcelain pillar circuit breaker in cold winter, the heating and thermal insulation device for the air chamber of the circuit breaker is optimized and designed from the aspects of heating mode, heater location, protection shell structure, insulation material and temperature control range.The field test results show that the device has good thermal insulation effect, which effectively guarantees the pressure state of SF_6 circuit breaker gas chamber and the stability of the internal environment temperature of the insulation box.
