基于层次分析法与熵权法相结合的配电网节能改造技术经济评估Technical and Economic Evaluation on Energy Saving for Transformation of Distribution Network Based on AHP and Entropy Weight Method

摘要(Abstract):
综合考虑配电网节能指标及能耗影响因素,建立了配电网一次设备节能改造技术经济评估体系,涵盖了供电能力、技术装备、无功补偿措施以及新节能技术等评价指标。基于层次分析法和熵值法计算了指标体系各单项指标的权重,并结合单项指标状态值,得到配电网综合能效分值;基于全寿命周期成本,优化了配电线路、变压器,增设了无功补偿装置,并建立新型节能设备三方面的全寿命周期成本效益模型。结合成本收益分析的方法,对配电网节能改造方案进行经济性评价。最后,以某地区实际配电网为实例,验证了该指标体系和评估方法及经济性评价方法的有效性与实用性。
Considering the energy-saving indexes and energy consumption influencing factors of distribution network, a technical and economic evaluation system for energy-saving transformation of primary equipment in distribution network is established, covering the evaluation indexes of power supply capacity, technical equipment, reactive power compensation measures and new energy-saving technologies. Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy method, the weight of each single index of the index system is calculated, and combined with the state value of the single index, the comprehensive energy efficiency score of the distribution network is obtained. Based on the life cycle cost, the distribution line and transformer are optimized, the reactive power compensation device is added, and the life cycle cost(LCC)-benefit model of new energy-saving equipment is established. Combined with the method of cost-benefit analysis, the economic evaluation of energy-saving transformation scheme of distribution network is carried out. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the index system, evaluation method and economic evaluation method are verified by an actual distribution network in a certain area.
