超声相控阵与TOFD检测技术测试结果对比分析

摘要(Abstract):

采用超声相控阵检测技术、TOFD检测技术和常规A型脉冲超声波检测技术对带有不同缺陷的模拟试块进行检测试验。通过试验对比可知,超声相控阵检测技术、TOFD检测技术与常规A型脉冲超声波检测技术能有效检测裂纹、未焊透、夹渣缺陷;超声相控阵检测技术更直观,可实现对缺陷的可记录检测,对缺陷定位、定量准确;TOFD检测技术利用衍射波对缺陷进行检测,检测结果更精确。对于壁厚较大的部件缺陷检测,推荐采用TOFD检测技术,而中厚部件埋藏缺陷建议采用超声相控阵检测技术。
The ultrasonic phased array testing technology, TOFD detection technology and conventional A-type pulse ultrasonic testing technology are used to test the simulated test blocks with different defects. Through the experimental comparison, it can be seen that the ultrasonic phased array testing technology, TOFD detection technology and conventional A-type pulse ultrasonic detection technology can effectively detect cracks, incomplete penetration and slag inclusion defects.The ultrasonic phased array detection technology is more intuitionistic, which can realize the recordable detection of defects,and the quantitative and positioning of defects are more accurate. TOFD technology using diffraction wave to detect defects,and the detection results are more accurate. For the detection of buried defects of large wall thickness parts, TOFD detection technology is recommended. For medium thickness parts, ultrasonic phased array detection technology is recommended.
