摘要(Abstract):
风电场通过含有串补及直流输电系统外送时存在次同步谐振风险,不利于电网及风电场的安全稳定运行。在已知参数和边界条件下对锡林郭勒地区蓝旗风电汇集站的次同步谐振风险进行分析计算,利用阻抗频率扫描以及风电场接入点短路比计算,初步筛查可能存在次同步谐振风险的系统运行方式,利用PSCAD软件对可能存在的次同步谐振风险方式进行了电磁暂态仿真。结果表明风电场在多个运行工况下均存在次同步谐振的风险,谐振频率分布在5~22 Hz。最后对特高压风电场次同步谐振的两种抑制措施进行了可行性和有效性分析,并提出在实际应用中多措并举的建议。
A risk of sub-synchronous resonance exists when wind farms are transmitted through HVDC transmission system with series compensation, which endangers the safe and stable operation of power grid and wind farm. In this paper, the sub-synchronous resonance risk of Lanqi wind power gathering station in Xilin Gol League is analyzed and calculated under the known parameters and boundary conditions, and the system operation mode that may have sub-synchronous resonance risk is preliminarily screened by using impedance frequency scanning and short circuit ratio calculation of wind farm access point. PSCAD electromagnetic transient simulation is used to simulate the possible sub-synchronous resonance risk mode in detail. The result is that a risk of sub-synchronous resonance exists under multiple operating conditions, and the resonance frequency is distributed between 5 and 22 Hz. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the two suppression measures for sub-synchronous resonance in UHV wind farms are analyzed, and suggestions for multiple measures in practical applications are put forward.
