特高压换流站断路器选相合闸装置拒动原因分析及措施

摘要(Abstract):

针对伊克昭特高压直流换流站调试过程中断路器选相合闸装置出现个别未动作的现象,通过监测数据分析,认为参考电压过零点扰动是引起选相合闸装置拒动的主要原因。根据换流站内实际电压质量情况,将选相合闸装置的工作模式由安全(S)模式调整为快速(R)模式,调整后选相合闸装置将不再进行参考电压质量的判断,直接发出合闸命令。经试验验证,该方法可有效解决断路器选相合闸装置的拒合问题。
The phase selection and closing device of circuit breaker do not work in the debugging process of Yikezhao UHV converter station. Based on the analysis of the monitoring data, it is concluded that the disturbance of reference voltage crossing zero is the main reason for the rejection of the phase-selecting and closing device. According to the actual voltage quality in the converter station, the working mode of the phase-selective closing device is adjusted from the safe(S) mode to the fast(R) mode. After the adjustment, the phase-selective closing device will no longer judge the reference voltage quality and directly issue the closing command. The experiment proves that this method can effectively solve the problem of rejection of phase selection and closing device of circuit breaker.
