摘要(Abstract):
1(100)A新型单相宽量程智能电能表采用STM系列主控芯片STM08GC101CB、载波专用芯片CEP2002EX、专用计量芯片90E23,通过噪声整形、数字抽取滤波等技术完成载波通信的抄表及计量功能,A/D转换技术(ADC)和数字信号处理(DSP)技术可保证电能表在外部环境变化较大时的运行稳定性。该电能表在内蒙古阿拉善电业局进行了安装、测试,测试结果表明,芯片的计量动态范围达到5000∶1(典型值),在0.02~100 A的电流范围内,有功电能误差小于±0.1%。应用结果表明,该电能表动态范围宽、计量精度高,且方便供电企业报装方案的规划以及MIS信息系统和数据平台的简化管理。
The new type electric energy meter with wide measuring range,take use of MCU STM08GC101CB of STM series,the professional carrier wave chip and the professional measurement chip,using the technology of noise shaping and digital decimation filter to complete the functions of communication and measurement,and using the technologies of A/D conversion and digital signal processing(DSP) to ensure that the electric energy meter works normally in the external changeable environment.The electric energy meter has been installed and tested in Alashan Electric Power Bureau.the test results indicate that the professional measurement chip can reach the 5000∶1 dynamic range of measurement(typical value).In the 0.02~100 A current range,active electric energy precision is less than ±0.1%,and the design of meter was optimized and improved.The application results show that the meter not only has wide dynamic range and high measurement precision,but also provide convenient installation plan and the simplified MIS information system and data platform management for power enterprise.
