山西特高压落地工程对内蒙古电网动态稳定特性的影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

山西特高压落地工程实施后,山西电网与华北主网通过4回特高压交流联络,原9回500 kV线路将断开,这将对内蒙古电网动态稳定特性造成影响。利用PSD-BPA仿真计算平台,对山西特高压落地前后内蒙古电网内部动态稳定特性变化情况进行分析,结果表明,山西特高压落地工程实施后,在不同运行方式下,均会对内蒙古电网的动态稳定特性造成一定影响,建议通过加强网内关键输电断面、实施内蒙古电网与华北电网异步联网工程或实现内蒙古电网与华北电网特高压联网三种途径,解决内蒙古电网动态稳定问题。
As Shanxi UHV access project is implemented, Shanxi power grid connected with North china power gird by four UHV AC transmission lines and the former nine 500 kV transmission lines will be disconnected, which will result in some influence on dynamic stability characteristics of Inner Mongolia power grid. Aiming at the analysis on the change mentioned above, the PSD-BPA simulation platform is used to simulate the changes of dynamic stability characteristics of Inner Mongolia power grid before and after the Shanxi UHV access project. Put forward three ways of strengthening the critical section of power transmission, implementation of asynchronous interconnection project between Inner Mongolia power grid and North China power grid or implementation of UHV interconnection project between Inner Mongolia power grid and North China power grid, to solve the dynamic stability problem of Inner Mongolia power grid.
