1000 kV特高压并联电抗器储油柜与本体联管断裂原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对一起1000 kV特高压并联电抗器中联管I与联管II焊接部位开裂导致漏油问题,通过对焊接部位外观检查、材质化学成分分析、强度试验和强度受力仿真分析,确定原因为:操作人员在焊接过程中,焊接电流过大或焊接过快,造成焊接线能量较大,焊缝在冷却收缩时,由于焊接应力的存在,导致焊缝根部出现裂纹,在电抗器投运后,内部缺陷扩大,开裂漏油。提出改进并联电抗器联管配装工艺、减少配装过程应力的建议,避免类似漏油故障再次发生。
In view of the oil leakage caused by the welding part cracking of the connecting pipe I and the connecting pipe II in a 1000 kV UHV shunt reactor, the reasons are determined as follows through the appearance inspection of the welding part, chemical composition analysis of the material, strength test and strength force simulation analysis: During the welding process, the welding current is too large or too fast, resulting in large energy of the welding line. When the welding line is cooled and contracted, cracks appear at the root of the weld due to the existence of welding stress. After the reactor is put into operation, the internal defects expand, crack and leak oil. Suggestions are put forward to improve the assembly process of shunt reactor connecting pipe and reduce the stress in the assembly process, so as to avoid the recurrence of similar oil leakage faults.
